Iain Donaldson
Founder & CEO
Iain Donaldson's background is in primary school teaching and working with children with ASD. As a qualified surf instructor, he has hundreds of hours of coaching experience.
He is one of only three coaches in Scotland with the International Surfing Association Adaptive Surf Instructor certificate, a specialist award from the sports governing body that ensures coaches have the requisite skillset to deliver adaptive surfing sessions.
Iain previously ran surfing sessions in Northern Ireland for the children’s mental health charity The Wave Project and coached at adaptive surfing sessions there for the Mae Murray Foundation with Longline Surf School.
Iain is part of the Scottish Surf Federation's Para Surf Committee and was a member of the Scottish team, supporting athletes in the water, that travelled to California to compete in the ISA Adaptive Surfing World Championships in 2023.
Lewis Just

A designer and social entrepreneur, Lewis has founded mission driven startups, supported sustainable innovations and worked with international NGOs. He is a Partner at Andthen Studio, a visiting lecturer at the Glasgow School of Art and is an expert advisor to the Design Council.

A Care and Support Manager at Branch Out Together (formally Lothian Autistic Society) which provides social activities for children and young people with autism throughout Edinburgh and The Lothians.
Andrew Leslie
Treasurer
An Investment Director at N4 Partners, an investment and advisory partnership based in Glasgow. A trained chartered accountant, Andrew previously worked for accounting firm PWC.
Rebecca Hicklin
Board member
A Service Delivery Manager for The Prince's Trust, having previously worked as a Community and Events Fundraising Officer for the Scottish Refugee Council. Rebecca is also a dedicated volunteer for The Wave Project.
Aimée Hooper
Board member
A Development Manager, leading the Individual Giving team at National Museums Scotland. Aimee has experience in fundraising, partnership building and communications primarily in the arts, heritage and higher education sectors.
